Announcement Effective 4/6/2021: In response to Governor Asa Hutchinson's announcement on Tuesday, March 30, 2021, the Dierks School District will lift the mandate that requires students and staff to wear a mask. Although masks will no longer be required, students and staff may opt to continue wearing them for their own personal safety. We will continue following existing safety and sanitation practices already in place, such as encouraging hand washing, providing hand sanitizer in our buildings, emphasizing social distancing, and all other Arkansas Health Department guidelines.

In anticipation of tonight's basketball game versus Caddo Hills being well attended by both schools, there will be a very limited number of general admission tickets available. We have decided to open the admission gate at 5:00 to accommodate for a larger crowd. Passes will be accepted for those without a voucher until the gym capacity has been met. Outlaw/Lady Outlaw Basketball Announcement: According to the Arkansas Activities Association’s latest press release, the regional and state basketball tournaments have been delayed by one week. As a result, the third seeded Lady Outlaws will host a district tournament game versus Magnet Cove on Tuesday, February 23rd with the game time set for 6:00 p.m. The Outlaws will enter the district tournament as the conference champions and will host the winner of Murfreesboro and Poyen in the semi-finals on Friday, February 26th at 6:00 p.m.

Parents/Patrons, the homecoming ceremony for October 16, 2020 will start at 2:10 p.m. in the gym. The ceremony will be streamed on Facebook live. Students 10-12 will be on the visitors side and the tickets given to the homecoming court will be the only admittance allowed for the ceremony. Those admitted will sit on the home side with their 10 person groups and masks will be required to enter the gym and worn while inside the building. The Dierks Outlaw baseball team would like to thank Mark Jackson and First State Bank of Dierks for the generous donation for a new outfield fence at the baseball field.
